Booking & Cancellation Policies
Crashy Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before the check-in date, you are eligible for a partial refund (80%).
Host Cancellations
- If the host cancels more than 14 days before the check-in date, the crashy will receive a full refund.
- If the host cancels less than 14 days before the check-in date, the crashy will still receive a full refund.
Host Penalty
If a crashy cancels less than 14 days before the check-in date, the host will receive 15% of the payment as compensation.
Host Payouts
Host payouts are released only after the crashy has confirmed their check-in at the property. Until confirmation is received, funds remain on hold.
Liability & Damage
All damage to personal property at the location is the responsibility of the host. The host must carry appropriate insurance and ensure the safety of all guest property.
General Booking Rules
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Check-in and check-out dates are defined in the booking confirmation email.
- Any changes to booking dates must be requested at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Failure to check in without notice (no-show) will not be eligible for a refund.
- All bookings must comply with local laws and property rules as provided by the host.
Additional Terms
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by acts beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or governmental acts.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
- Limitation of Liability: 3Days shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of a booking.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update our policies from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email.
